Activity - 1 

Find out and write facts about Neil Armstrong (নীল আর্মস্ট্রং সম্পর্কে তথ্য বের করুন এবং লিখুন):

• a) Year of birth: Neil Armstrong was born on 5th August, 1930. (নীল আর্মস্ট্রং ৫ই আগস্ট, ১৯৩০ সালে জন্মগ্রহণ করেন।)
• b) Year of Apollo 11 lunar landing mission: On July 20th 1969, Armstrong commanded the Apollo 11 lunar landing mission. (২০ই জুলাই, ১৯৬৯ সালে আর্মস্ট্রং অ্যাপোলো ১১ চাঁদের অবতরণ মিশনের নেতৃত্ব দেন।)

Answer:

Dear friends, today I saw a dream about Mars and I traveled in a space shuttle. Three days later, I landed on Mars. When I set foot on Mars, I saw no trees, no water. It was a totally red planet. When I looked up at the sky, I saw a blue planet that was the Earth. Then I felt great, but suddenly I woke up. Answer:

My aim in life is that I want to be a Doctor. Because I will provide health care service aimed at preventing health problems and maintaining health. I will serve patients for free of cost. I will make sure that I help as many people as possible. I will dedicate my career to the service of our country. Bidhan Ch. Roy has inspired me towards this noble profession. Participate in a dialogue with your friends about spacecrafts. (তোমার বন্ধুদের সাথে মহাকাশযান সম্পর্কে আলোচনা করো।)

Dialogue:

Rohan : Hello, Rahul, how are you? (হ্যালো, রাহুল, তুমি কেমন আছ?)

Rahul : I am fine and what about you? (আমি ভালো আছি, তুমি কেমন আছ?)

Rohan : I am also fine. It seems to me that you are somewhat worried. What are you thinking about? (আমি ভালো আছি। মনে হচ্ছে তুমি কিছুটা চিন্তিত। তুমি কী ভাবছ?)

Ans : Last winter I went to a hill station with my parents and some neighbours. (গত শীতকালে আমি আমার বাবা-মা এবং কয়েকজন প্রতিবেশীর সাথে একটি পাহাড়ি স্টেশনে গিয়েছিলাম।)
